All types of number one insulated copper must be free of ALL  
attachments.

75% insulated #1 copper
- over head cable or weather proof copper
wire that has a recovery rate of at least 75% number one copper.

65% insulated #1 copper - The most common type is house wire,
also know as romex. Must have a recovery rate of at least 65%
number one copper.

55% insulated #2 copper - The most common type is industrial wire
that is thinner than number 2 pencil lead. Must have a recovery rate
of at least 55% copper. No attachments allowed.

50% insulated #2 copper - The most common type is Cat 5, Cat 6 or
phone cable. Must have a recovery rate of at least 50% copper.
Curly telephone wire is 35% wire. Note: the ends of Cat 5, Cat 6 and
all types of telephone cable that have visible gold, if removed, are
bought at a higher rate known as gold connectors.

45% insulated #2 copper - Automotive harness wire is the most
common type. No fuss boxes, "brain boxes" or oily wire allowed.

35% insulated copper wire - insulated Copper wire like power cords,
computer wire, curly phone cables or any wire not meeting the
above requirements.

Xmas lights  - Christmas lights, harvest lights or insulated wire  still
in a plastic bag will be bought as Xmas lights.
